• Information you give us via the contact form: your name and e-mail address (required), and optionally your company, telephone number and the contents of your message.
• Limited technical data: to deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project.
• To operate, secure and maintain the website.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis (where GDPR applies)

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and — where you ask us to begin work — on taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

How your contact submission is handled

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to a serverless function hosted on Cloudflare and delivered to us by e-mail via Cloudflare Email Routing. We do not store contact submissions in a database — they live in our e-mail inbox. We use a simple "honeypot" technique to reduce spam; we do not use tracking-based CAPTCHAs.

Third-party services

To run the site we rely on the following providers, who may process limited data (such as your IP address) when the relevant part of the site loads:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, the contact-form function, e-mail routing and security.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, so your IP address is shared with Google when fonts load.
• OpenStreetMap & CARTO — the map on our contact page loads map tiles from these providers, sharing your IP address with them.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. Essential third-party services above may set their own technical cookies as part of delivering content.

Data retention

We keep enquiry e-mails only for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. International processing

Because the site is delivered through a global content-delivery network, your data may be processed on servers outside your country.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
